Studio Policy

All hourly sessions require a 100% deposit at time of booking (2-hour minimum) which is non-refundable.  

All Day-Rate (8 hours and longer) require a 100% deposit at time of booking which is non-refundable.

 

We do not charge in half hour increments. If client wants to extend session, a full payment is due to continue.

Clock starts according to the time of session booked. Rescheduling the time of session booked is allowed if the time is available. Customers must notify the studio management at least 12 hours before the original booking time to reschedule session times.

 

Smoking any substances is not allowed on the premises. Firearms and any other weapons are not allowed on the premises. Refusing to abide will result in your session being cancelled without refund and you will be forced to leave.

 

If there are additional patrons attending the session, studio management must be notified for approval.

 

Cancelling a studio session must be requested at least 24 hours before the original booking for a full refund. Cancelling a your booking within 24 hours of the time booked results in a $35 cancellation fee. In the event that a customers session is cancelled on behalf of 7 Sound Studios, your full payment will be reimbursed.

 

All refunds requires at least 10 days to be completed.

 

The customer has a 15-minute grace period before the studio session is cancelled along with a $35 fee.

 

The customer is to arrive at least 15 minutes before the time of the session booked to allow time for the engineer to properly prepare.

 

Session time includes 20 minutes for data dumping.  The last 20 minutes of every session is designated for data dumping.  Please plan accordingly. Any files created within the studio session will be available for a month. After the month the files will be deleted completely. If a customer requests any data to be sent after the session, a 35$ fee must be paid.

 

A consultation must be done before special services such as mixing/mastering, photography retouch, space rental, data copying, and DJ services. After consulting, an invoice will be sent before completion of services.
